I forget that I live in Texas.  The outskirts of Austin, The Hill Country" helps remind me of the big open sky and country roads that are right outside my door.

 As a New York girl in Texas, finding good pizza is a hard task  - but Pieous does the trick!

Apparently it does the trick for Grace as well...


Grace needed a haircut but after not corporating at the hair salon- I gave it a whirl.  The outcome -  Lloyd a la Dumb and Dumber



Grace's hair isn't the only thing that got chopped this weekend - some much needed yard work was done -







 
And this pretty much confirms that my daughter has a better wardrobe than me (and some sort of apology for her haircut!)




This upcoming week I work, tutor, go to school and get ready to celebrate Grace's 1st birthday!
