Happy Anniversary, Austin!

Happy Anniversary, Austin!  Today marks my 7 years in Austin.  Last week I wrote about the 23 year old Allie getting on a plane that would take me to my new life....well, here is what happened when I landed.

I got off the plane, started to sweat and haven't stopped.

Austin has changed so much from when I moved down here in 2006.  The skyline has completely changed, there is much more traffic, and it no longer is the place I moved to - but rather the place I call home.

I used to hate the slogan "Keep Austin Weird" - now as an Austinite, I pride on the city that likes to be different, eats organically and shops locally. 

oh the fun I have had the past 7 years.
