Trail of Lights

Every year - Austin puts on the Trail of Lights.  Last night, Matt, Grace and I went along with our friends Laurie, Steven and their kids Teagan and baby Layton.  I was running late from work so once I got home I was rushing around.  I quickly packed my camera without checking the battery - was ready to snap the first "trail of lights 2013" picture and F! Battery dead....so this year's Trail of Lights is brought to you by Matt's camera phone...Besides this minor setback - the evening was enjoyed by all.  I found someone's license and credit card on the ground - picked it up and handed over to police officer --Good Karma!  We ate cookies, drank cold and hot chocolate...  overall it was a fun evening, but by the end of the night the two babies were tired and wanted to get into their beds, as did I!!
